Successful Project Launches Comserve Electrical Division
The first major commercial project undertaken by Comserve Ltd’s electrical division was an extension to the existing computer room for Landmark Information, a GPS mapping company that is part of the Daily Mail Group based in Exeter.
This £90,000 project was completed with the minimum disruption to the operation, even though it required the creation of a new UPS supported electrical distribution network which was transferred from under the floor to the ceiling.
Additional close control air conditioning was installed, in conjunction with upgrading of the fire extinguishing extractor system, to cover both the extended and existing area. All additional partitioning, raised flooring and suspended ceilings were also installed as part of the total project.
Comserve are an approved NICEIC contractor and the establishment of a dedicated electrical projects division considerably enhances their capabilities for providing a total design & installation service for mechanical and electrical building service equipment.
