Divisional Projects Manager Appointed

The Comserve Group, technical facilities services and energy management specialists, is pleased to announce the appointment of Martin Terry to the new position of Divisional Projects Manager.

Martin’s role will see him structuring the current Projects Division to provide a sound foundation on which the department can develop and maximise future opportunities in areas of design and build projects.  He hopes to capitalise not only on existing client relationships, but also to introduce and develop new opportunities within various market places with a focus on providing an excellent service at best value.

Martin brings with him a wealth of experience in the property management and building services engineering sector.   His previous role was Associate Director for MDA Consulting, a position that he held for eight years. Here he worked with some very high profile clients on existing framework contracts and new client portfolio involving national/international projects from concept to completion.
