Besca Accreditation Renewed
Successful BESCA Audit
We are proud to announce that we have recently successfully been audited and have had our BESCA accreditation renewed for a further year. We were one of the first companies to become accredited to the BESCA scheme, the building services industry's Competent Persons scheme for the notification of commercial HVACR work under the Building Regulations.
During the past year we have completed several major projects where our BESCA membership has saved the cusotmer time and money along with ensuring that the equipment installed complied with all relevant regulations.
These projects included the installation of new air conditioning system for a prestige office refit in South London, the relacement of a failed chiller unit at a major research facility and the installation of air conditioning, fire suppression and emergency UPS power supply systems for a computer room
