Comserve celebrate their 25th anniversary

Comserve was established as an independent company in 1984 by the current joint managing directors, Ian Wheeler and Chris Balderson. Our goal then, as it remains today, was to ensure that our customers enjoyed outstanding levels of service and value. This philosophy has seen us grow steadily over the last quarter century to become a major force in the mechanical and electrical building services industry.

The company was founded around the installation and maintenance of commercial air conditioning equipment and this remains a core activity today. Over the years we have introduced a much broader range of skills and today provide a comprehensive installation and planned preventative maintenance service for mechanical and electrical building services equipment.

Our commitment to quality and good practice is amply demonstrated by the impressive list of accreditations and memberships of industry bodies, which have been developed over time. We were voted in the top 100 companies by The Independent on Sunday and Price Waterhouse and currently provide maintenance services for some of the most prestigious companies in the country.

We have recently moved into a purpose designed headquarters close to the M25 which incorporates many of the energy-saving and environmentally-friendly measures that we provide for our customers.    
 
It is our belief that our commitment to quality and good practice will ensure that the next 25 years will see continued growth even in these challenging times.
