Our 24-hour call out system provides 24/7 cover with a 4-hour response time for your peace of mind and the protection of your company’s critical services requirements.





A Typical Emergency Call Out Routine: 

•  Fault reported by client or automatically via Site Monitoring System directly to our 
   24 hour manned service desk.
•  The standby team of engineers are then contacted by mobile phone or pager.
•  Within minutes the engineer contacts the client to offer advice and indicate time of 
   arrival.
•  If required we will always attend the site within 4 hours day or night.
