Electrical Projects

Our design installation capability for a comprehensive range of building services equipment now incorporates a dedicated Electrical Projects Division. This has fully approved NICEIC contractor status and allows us to undertake design and installation projects from concept to final inspection, test and handover.

Our new division allows us to bring many projects in-house and our recent BESCA approval means that we can self certify the work as being compliant with all relevant building and environmental regulations.

The electrical division has successfully completed a number of projects since it was created in 2007. One of its first projects was the installation of energy efficient equipment into our new headquarters in Kings Langley.

Typical services of the electrical division include the design and installation of:

•  Complete data and computer room construction to incorporate all main and ancillary 
    services
•  Warehouse/distribution unit fit –out or refurbishment including high bay lighting, forklift 
   charging, access & security systems, full electrical distribution, environmental control.
•  Creating / adding to office space in large open buildings eg warehouses, retail units
    including the installation of mezzanine floors
•  Refurbishment of existing offices including all mechanical equipment and internal 
    building works

Typical equipment installed includes:
•  All electrical cabling from data cabling to 1MW capacity
•  Emergency power systems using ups, generators or a combination of both
•  Complete electrical distribution networks including low voltage distribution panels
•  Standard and specialised/decorative lighting eg boardrooms, display areas etc
•  Fire detection and suppression systems
• Total environmental control systems & air conditioning
• Security & access control systems
• Internal partitioning, ceilings and raised flooring
