‘The key thing when changing M&E providers at a building is to try and keep things seamless and minimise the impact on the tenants. In this regard it was reassuring to have a pre-handover planning meeting followed by a walk around with the new Comserve Group staff who would actually be delivering the service. This was been followed up by regular contact over the critical first three months.
It is also important to know that the helpdesk and other members of staff at the Comserve Group are aware of the new contract details and are able to respond to emergencies effectively. This was in case from day one with regard to our new contract.
Finally it is always refreshing when fresh ideas and solutions are introduced by your new contractor that you may not have considered before, this is real added value and has certainly been demonstrated by the Comserve Group.'
