All staff performance is reviewed every 6 months and key personnel undergo new product training.
We continually develop our engineers’ skill-base to ensure they are able to deal with all technological developments on the equipment we service, install and maintain.
Training includes manufacturers courses, City in Guilds, health and safety awareness i.e. Safe Handling of Refrigerants, risk assessments etc; which ensures that we provide the highest quality of service
