We have recently made significant improvements in the speed of transfer of information from our engineers to our customers via our new PDA equipment and software.

We believe that we are also one of the first in our industry sector to offer on line access to maintenance contract records to all our service contract customers. 

By accessing our server our customers can view in real time all recorded planned maintenance visits, all completed maintenance visits and repairs or emergency call outs completed or in progress together with a statement of account. Click here for more information
