Accreditations

At Comserve we are committed to providing customers with service of the highest quality and constantly strive to enhance our abilty to deliver this. Over the years we have achieved accreditations from industry and other organisations to give you the peace of mind that we have reached, and maintained, the required standards for these accreditations.


Quality Standard ISO9001  
We acheived quality accredition to ISO 9002 as far back as 1995 and this was upgraded to ISO 9001 in 2003. The requirements of maintaining this standard has been used to continually improve our operating policy.

Environmental Standard ISO 14001
We achieved accreditaion to this standard in 2001 and constantly review our policies and performance to ensure that we maintain our blemish free record.

Gas Safe Register 
This scheme replaced the CORGI register in April 2009 as the only gas engineer registration scheme approved by HSE. We were registered as a CORGI installer for many years and our engineers continue to regularly attend courses to ensure they are fully conversant with all aspects of gas installation and repair.

NICEIC Approved Contractor
We became an NICEIC approved electrical contractor in February 2007 and have successfully passed our annual audit again this year. This accreditation considerably enhances the capabilities of our Design & Installation team.

BSRIA Membership
Our membership of this building services research and information association provides us with access to specialist and expert supprt consultancy services that are widely respected in the industry. 

BIFM Membership
This allows us access to the BIFM's huge library of information and knowledge. It also gives us the opportunity to regularly meet with other industry [professionals.
 
BESCA Member
We are proud to announce that we have recently successfully been audited and have had our BESCA accreditation renewed for a further year. We were one of the first companies to become accredited to the BESCA scheme, the building services industry's Competent Persons scheme for the notification of commercial HVACR work under the Building Regulations.

Safe Contractor Scheme
We were first accredited to the National Britannia SAFEcontractor scheme in 2003 and have recently succesfully renewed this accreditation.     

ContractorPlus Approved
To be accredited onto the ConstractorPlus internet database, we were rigorously vetted by SM&MS Ltd to ensure our health and safety standards are of the highest quality.

TrustMark Approved Contractor
To become TrustMark approved ,our skills and practices were independently checked by the operators of the scheme and are regularly monitored to ensure standards are maintained.
